Terada's proud 16,500 yen course includes three appetizers and 13 nigiri sushi, followed by three types of thin rolls and tamagoyaki (egg roll) for the final course, which will be served until all ingredients are exhausted. We want our customers to "go home full." We also offer a 13,000 yen course that allows you to enjoy sushi for about an hour, "accommodating the sophisticated use of a sushi restaurant." Our small shop with eight counter seats allows our chefs to provide one-on-one, attentive service to all customers. We look forward to welcoming you.

Otaru Masazushi has a long history and has sent many apprentices into the Hokkaido sushi industry. After training at the Susukino branch, Tadayoshi Teraoka decided to go independent when the restaurant relocated.
He opened "Terada" in Susukino, Sapporo as a new stage to allow his passion for Hokkaido ingredients, love for his hometown, and passion for researching modern sushi to flourish.
